Silicone
- Up to 260°C application temperature │ Special silicones up to 300°C
- Coating possible on one or both sides
- Grammages from 20 g/m² possible for each fabric side
- Coating up to 2.10 m width possible
- Coating can also be realised in the transfer method
- All types of support fabric possible
- Various flame protection standards attainable
- Colours: grey, red-brown, white │ Further colours on request
Polyurethan (PU)
- Up to 200°C application temperature
- Coating possible on one or both sides
- Grammages from 5 g/m² possible for each fabric side
- Depending on coating method up to 2.10 m width possible
- All types of support fabric possible
- Various flame protection standards attainable
- Colours: grey, white │ Further col-ours on request
Vermiculit
- Up to 900°C application temperature
- Coating possible on one or both sides
- Depending on coating method up to 2.10 m width possible
- Support fabric predominantly made from glass fibre filament yarns or threads, as well as tex-tured yarns │ V4A-reinforced fabric also possible
- Ideally suitable against molten metal splashes
- Colour: golden brown
PTFE
- Up to 260°C application temperature
- PTFE-based coating on one or both sides
- Support fabric made from glass fibre filament yarns
- Colours: grey, black, silver
Expandable graphite
- Up to 260°C application temperature
- Coating possible on one or both sides
- Depending on coating method up to 2.00 m width possible
- Support fabric predominantly made from glass fibre filament yarns │ V4A-reinforced fabric also possible
- Colour: anthracite or black
F111
- Thermal desizing
- Minimal smoke formation, low residual sizing content, good laminate basis
